Introducing...Eclipse 500 Micro Jet, Cessna Mustang Micro Jet, Adams A700 Micro Jet, Honda Micro Jet and more...

MJ: Micro Jets...
VLJ: Very Light Jets...

November 12th, 2006

The largest shake up in the aviation industry since the introduction of Howard Hughes' "Spruce Goose" introduces "very light jets and/or micro jets..."

Manufacturers such as Eclipse Aviation, Adams Aircraft, Cessna Mustang, Epic Jet, Diamond Jet, Spectrum Jet, and even Honda Jet to name but a limited few, are all competing in the "micro jet arena..."

There is such an incredible demand for these micro jets, that the Eclipse 500 Micro Jet has around 3,000 orders which would put you out to around 2009-2010 if you wish to reserve your micro jet...

Or...

You can find someone with an early micro jet position who is wanting to sell that position to you so you do not have to wait 3-4 years to get your micro jet or vlj...
www.MicroJetPositions.com and www.MicroJetManagement.com can provide you with a list of sellers of early micro jet positions that are looking to sell for a profit on their 5-7 year investment...

Since Eclipse is the only one FAA certified right now, closely followed by the Cessna Mustang and the Adams A-700 aircraft, and soon the Embraer Phenom 100, Eclipse positions in the secondary market (the market that is resold or re-assigning positions) are going for around $1.6m to $1.7m and this will continue to climb...

The reason for these prices going up is because there has been a CPI inflation rate of around 2.75% averaged from June 2000 sticker price of $1.3m. Additionally, each year you are delayed in getting this aircraft, should drive the prices up around $50-$75k per year and I wouldn't be surprised if some are even willing to pay close to the $1.9m-$2.0m dollar mark to be "one of the few, the proud...the first!"

So, here are your options:

Do you go fractional?
Do you go "air taxi?"
Do you go with a "pre-paid" card?
Do you manage and purchase your own jet?
Do you split the costs with 1,2,3 other individuals?
Or do you hire a management company to do all of the work for you?

These are the questions being asked today as Honda Micro Jet, Cessna Mustang Micro Jet, Eclipse 500 Micro Jet, Adam's a700 Micro Jet, Embraer 100 Phantem Micro Jet, Piper Micro Jet, Diamond Micro Jet, Eviation Micro Jet, Epic Micro Jet, Spectrum Micro Jet and Sport Jet all compete to get your business...

So, what does "Mr./Mrs. Business Traveler" want to do and which one of these are you going to pick? The answer is broad...Questions I am hearing are:

"Well, I would like to prepay 50 hours at a time, use it or lose it for the hour from wheels up to wheels down, and I want to be at $750/hour with no other fees such as runway fees, empty logs, dead head, re-routing the aircraft, etc...And I want no upfront or backend charges..."

Or, "I want to get 1,2,3 other individuals to go in on a Micro Jet and share all associated costs with managing, maintaining and operating a small aircraft, but I just don't know who or how to find the other shared owners..." And..."We are also thinking about chartering the dead time out and looking into a Part 135 charter, etc..."

Also, this is very common: "I am waiting for the first 100 aircraft to get approved and then I'll make a decision and see what happens..."

Lastly is, "I have a micro jet already purchased, but am looking to find 1,2,3 others to share the costs, or I just want to resell the early position of this aircraft and earn a profit and be done..."

Whether you are looking for fractional management, shared ownership with or without an "unbiased management firm," and/or pre-paid "wheels up to wheels down by the hour," you are going to have to spend some time figuring out what your budget for use is and definitely take some advice from a great aviation attorney and cpa firm that knows what the new FAA rulings are, how they effect these types of ownership, and how YOU can best "write off" your aircraft so that you are getting into a situation that is under control...

We may be of help in that we have signed up with a "Cpa/Aviation" firm that has handled hundreds if not thousands of aviation contracts over the 30 years in business, and we are able to also offer "Management of Micro Jet / VLJ 'Very Light Jet'Aircraft..."

If you have any questions, or if we can be of help to you...Please contact at your leisure and ask:
